System Maintenance

As well as providing full implementation and guaranteed certification for your ISO system, we also offer a system maintenance service (SMS), ensuring continued annual certification and maintenance of your ISO system. Most of our clients take this option simply because it frees them up to concentrate on doing the important stuff, like running their businesses!

The system maintenance service includes:

• full support throughout the year, via email and telephone
• full internal compliance audit
• management review (usually on the same day as the audit to ensure minimum cost and time commitments for you)
• attendance at the follow up 'surveillance' audit

As an example, a small to medium sized ISO 9001 certified company, with 20-30 staff all based at the same location, would pay approx £1100.00 per year for our SMS (based on a 1 day external certification/surveillance audit). Compare this to the average cost of employing a full-time quality manager to maintain your system (approx £35k per year) and you will see just how beneficial and cost effective using an independent external consultant can be!
